Welcome back my loyal friends, take your seat my audience. I have a review planned for all of my fans…and the other types of people. The first meal I ordered was one of the dry noodles, I think it was called: Special Dried Beef Noodles, I don’t remember. But then later on as I ate it, I realized my tongue was having a spicy takeover. Some time later, I switched to the Signature Lanzhou Beef Noodles. Surprisingly, despite the image on the menu, it wasn’t spicy. In the image, the soup around the noodles was red, but I guess the saying, “Don’t judge a book by its cover” exists for a reason. The noodles (obviously) tasted good, but the beef was kinda…dry? But with the soup it was good. Oh, I’m supposed to give it my rating?! I’ll give it a 9.99/10. I mean, the noodles were hand-pulled so I guess that makes them taste better. So that is it for this fantastic review. This wonderful noodle shop has 2 locations; one is in Chinatown, NY, and the other is in 207 E 26th St, NY. There are some in Australia, in Sydney, Burwood, Parramatta. This wraps up the review.
