1. The Right to Learn

I.C.E is appearing at schools and taking innocent immigrant children. Some children are now afraid of walking to school, afraid that I.C.E might take them as well. School used to be a safe place until our current president as of 2026 (Donald Trump) changed that.

2. Family Seperation and fear

Children who witness their parents being detained by I.C.E suffer emotional impact. (For example, when I was watching the news, a father got detained while taking his 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl to school.).

3. Mixed-Status Families

Many children are U.S. citizens but have parents who are undocumented. 

4. Understanding Rights & Safety

Know your rights, even as a child. All children, regardless of status, have the right to learn.

5. The Bait Issue

Recent reports of I.C.E agents using children to help capture parents. In early 2026 children were being used to knock on doors to lure parents out.
